How does the order process work?
Orders are paid in advance online by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We'll get right to work on your order and keep you up to date on the progress of your order via email.
What format do you deliver your audio?
Voice over sessions are delivered by MP3 at 128 Kbps, 44100 Hz, mono. All fully mixed audio is delivered by MP3 at 320 Kbps, 44100 Hz, stereo. You have the option to choose to receive your audio on CD in the post when placing your order. Higher quality MP3 and other audio formats are also avaliable on request.
How long until I get my audio?
All availability times are displayed on the product pages. For small projects delivery time is as fast as 24 hours!
Are there any postage costs or hidden taxes?
No. What you see on the product description is what you pay.
Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
No. Online payments only by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
We're a commercial organisation. Can we set up an invoicing process with you?

Will you do me some free voice overs, jingles or mixes?
No. We're confident our base prices are low enough that any individual or business can afford our services.
Can I use a voice over not listed on your site for my audio production?
Yes. You will need to pay their session fee as well as the cost of the product. If you use one of our in house voice over artists the fee is included in the price you pay!
We already have a voiceover, will you produce the dry cuts into jingles?
Yes.
